What do you do when your sick?

I'm really not feeling well. Very sore throat, headache, and period cramps that kill. I couldn't drink my wine last night as I felt like it would scratch my throat as I drank it.

What can I take? I was thinking warm water with honey? I'm scared to take any pills. I think the fiber really put me over the edge. Yesterday was the first day I remembered to take it twice... Once before both meals. And I was up all night in the washroom. So lack of sleep isn't helping either.

Should I just wait it out or is there anything I can take?

I'm not sure of the answer but I think you should take anything that makes you feel better regardless of swaying.
One thing though, being sick around attempt time is said to sway pink I believe. So maybe this is good!

You do your best. A little honey in water would not hurt anything. I recommend ibuprofen as long as you're not right at ovulation.

Hold off on the fiber till feeling better and start off with one serving.
