Hello!!!!
I would recommend you definately take fish oil, however I have not come across any in smaller pills.
I would also add wheatgrass tablets to help with your pH

Hi and welcome!
I suggest to read and re-read the Stickies as much as you can until it all starts to mane sense. There's really TONS of great info!
For TTC ayou want to boost your testosterone as well as DH's http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...one-by-skrimpy. For DH l-carnitine is recommended and Folic Acid (FA).
Also breakfast is the big part of boy sway - esp. cerealshttp://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...estions-Part-1
You want to have as much CM as possible, so you may want to use Robitussin http://genderdreaming.com/forum/show...N-TO-TTC-A-BOY and/or Evening Primrose Oil (EPO 100mg/day)
Green Tea is an excellent blue friendly beverage, as it increases your overall fertility, makes more CM and it's an antioxidant. BUT, it deplets your body from FA so you need at least 2000mcg FA daily.
Prenatals are good idea as well.
If you want more info, just ask! Everybody here is friendlyAtomic made all these stickies and she is great in helping people understand to whole swaying process.

Welcome 5girls
I would definately also start some muscle building, just lifting heavier things around the house, a few sit up/crunches in the evening before bed, a little goes along way!!

Welcome my5girls! Read as much as you possibly can on this website and educate yourself. IMO, the diet is REALLY important. Read up on Atomic Sagebrush's ideas behind the boy friendly diet... she's incredibly knowledgable on the subject. Best of luck!

carbs and protein at every meal. at least 30g of protein at major meals (brkfst/lunch/dinner) and 3-4 snakcs in between (ubut always with protein) and 9 servings of fruits/vegies.
also try out the supplements ahead of time to see what it does to your body. in myopinion, only take supplements that you personally need..for ex if you already have ewcm dont worry about taking ewcm supplements...
good luck!!

Hi and welcome! Everyone gave such great advice already but I wanted you to know that eating honeydew is fine! be sure you're getting 2000 mcg (that's micrograms) of folic acid every day. I also think that taking Vit. D and a good prenatal vitamin will help you get a boy.
Also, one of the very best things your husband can do for swaying is to stop smoking if he does smoke!!
Please feel free to ask any questions you have!!!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
