Wheatgrass is recommended for TTC blue to my knowledge and that site (if you even want to believe that information) talks about when you are already pregnant.. If you are worried about t during pregnancy discontinue once you get a BFP

The main thrust of that article was to avoid contaminated (non-pasteurized) sources of wheatgrass during pregnancy. (same reason you avoid things like deli meat and sushi and stuff)

It's fine when TTC and I'll continue to recommend it.

Dietary amounts of most things are perfectly safe during pregnancy. However wheatgrass in particular is something people overdo (there are peopel who do 4-5 shots a day of wheatgrass for health issues) and I would never recommend anything beyond dietary use of pasteurized wheatgrass juice during pregnancy. A couple times a week some form of pasteurized juice with wheatgrass is fine during preganncy and certainly is before.
