So here I am planning my sway for the next cycle before my TWW is over! Tee hee. My impatience must be a little bit annoying, right atomic?

I am going to change a few things...

    1. Basically dropping the L.E. diet. Even though it's the most important thing, it seems. The only things I am sticking to is skipping breakfast and staying a vegetarian.
    2. Taking only folate daily and taking coQ10, vit D and prenatals 3xs per week.
    3. Dropping coffee and alcohol and switching to decaf green tea.
    4. TWO attempts. One at EWCM, which is typically 3 days before OVU and another attempt at positive OPK.
    5. Jump and dump.
    6. Exercise (cardio) 5 days per week, but not for an hour. More like 30 minutes or less. Haha!

I am WIDE open to suggestions and comments! And I'd love to hear what everyone else is doing too, as always!

    3. I would switch to decaf coffee over decaf green tea. There are loads of nutrients in even decaf green tea that sway blue.

    6. I would do 4-5 days a week of 60 min of cardio over 30min. That amount of moderate exercise sways blue. Remember, it doesn't have to be super intense. You can walk casually or briskly. You don't have to jog or run.

    FX and GL to you!!

Fantastic suggestions! Thank you! I DID drink a ton of decaf green tea when I was TTC my son. Hehe. I wasn't purposely swaying boy with that one, but I ate a lot of breakfast cereal because I knew that had some effect. I really wanted him

I agree. There's something about the nutrients in breakfast cereal that sway strongly blue. I know I ate loads with DS1 and DS2, but I knew nothing about swaying then.

    New plan!

    1. L.E. Diet (Strict about skipping breakfast and being vegetarian)
    2. Exercise 1 hour per day 5 days per week
    3. No prenatals, only folate daily and CoQ10 three times per week
    4. One to two cups of coffee daily
    5. TWO attempts: 1st attempt at first sign of EWCM and second attempt day before positive OPK
    6. Jump and dump

And POSSIBLY taking Wild Yam or Maca Root....need to do more research.

I'm not drinking wine every day anymore because I fear that is reducing my egg quality. I am also dropping my vit D supplement. Also really wanting to do 2 attempts instead of one.

Skipping breakfast and going vegetarian is a fine compromise.

no decaf green tea, may sway blue.

EWCM is not a reliable judge of when O is coming. I know you have a pattern and it's of course up to you if you want to try that, it is just not reliable. I had EWCM for 8 days this cycle!!

I am concerned with that type of diet + mod exercise. I'm not sure you'd not be better off doing nothing. But that's one of those crystal ball things I just don't know.

I've actually started doing an hour of exercise daily! [emoji2]

excellent!!! The diet and exercise are like a tag team, so if you struggle with one, stepping it up on the other is always a good idea.

What I don't want to see anybody doing is not doing diet and then adding mod. exercise. That may really sway strongly blue more than doing nothing!

I really want to do more than one attempt this cycle. I can't explain why...other than the fact that my husband is INSISTING!

What are the numbers that you've seen that takes you straight into boy territory? Is it 2 attempts is still safe, but 3 is not??

I don't know the stats but one attempt is more successful than 2. I guess it depends on how much you want to try and sway for a girl vs. how quickly you'd like to get pregnant.
