Ladies what sort of cardio are you doing. I do an hour of exercise bike daily. I was doing it during the day but I get insanely hungry. So Now I've been doing after boys go to bed.

How intense is everyone doing it ? I feel
Pretty tired at the end but I only start feeling like that probably in the last 20 min. I wonder if that is considered intense.
I suggest you do your cardio first thing in the morning. My experience is that this is by far the easiest way to get by it. I do 30 min cardio dancing you tube videos and 30 min speed walk.

So sorry dreamsister, it must be so hard to get back into the diet/ exercise and dealing with a loss as well, hugs. I let my exercise and diet slip in my unsuccessful 2 ww last month, currently 8 dpo and I have kept up with the exercise this time. Am glad because I don't think I will be successful this month so it will be on to August for me. Welldone everyone, keep up the good work! X

So...is it better to not do any exercise at all than to do 30 or less mins a day most days a week? I read somewhere on here that is boy exercise frequency?

I really don't think I can exercise an hour a day. My son is way too high needs to let me do anything and my husband doesn't watch him when he gets home from work :-/

Yes think you would be better going the couch potato route, less than an hour a day sways blue. It is hard to fit it in but I tend to exercise when my three are asleep, work for me! X

Is morning or evening better for exercise ? I read that body builders exercise in the evening because it's the best time to build muscle !! We don't want muscle

Also exercising in morning is better for blood sugar levels but night time is my ideal time with the boys.

Exercise whenever it works best for you! Trust me- there is NO way you are going to be building muscle sticking to the LE diet limits!

I think it's okay if it's not that intense as long as it gets your heart rate up. I have been doing 30/30 light jogging on the track followed by elliptical when I'm at the gym, and 45/15 biking home from work followed by speed walking when I can't go to the gym. I don't feel like I'm ever pushing myself to the max, but I find i don't have a ton of energy on the diet, either, so moderate exercise is enough lately!

What about exercising for 1 hour every other day?
