image.jpg I am not good at this diet! I am full for the night and I just added the Hershey bar for extra calories but we see what it did for sugar lol.Im vegetarian now so I'm never sure what I'm doing anymore when it comes to food.

Re: going vegetarian might be more difficult if doing the pcos version under the 5 times a day choose from this list it does have a small portion of chicken or turkey listed since more protein grams available to counter less carbs (sugar).... or if doing the fertility diet version it states that it allows up to a half a pound of meat daily or 8oz total or 4oz per meal if eating 2 meals daily etc. Hope that helps someone

Yeah you can't do a Hershey bar on PCOS diet LOL.
I unfortunately can't really get a good look at your nutrient data, if you can repost it I could see what I'd tweak for you.
I find that PCOSers may be better off doing at least a little meat and not just vegetarian.!!! Questions??

This is Tuesday.I guess what I'm doing is I'm not hungry but I have such a limited amount of calories and I know that's not good long term so I'm eating dairy and sweets to add calories at the end of the day.I really don't care for meat.Maybe seafood and chicken on occasion but not daily.image.jpeg

Plus you're counting some things like green beans and mushrooms that are free and unlimited.
The first step is to be sure you're getting 50-60 g protein and 50-60 g fat from somewhere (even if it's a pat of butter on the greenbeans it still counts and adds calories). I also think you may be better off adding in a third meal if you get full that easily. Do you like eggs, beans, nuts at all??!!! Questions??

I honestly wish I could just come up with 3 or 4 different daily meal plans so I can just rotate them.Thinking about what to eat everyday stresses me out and causes anxiety which I'm sure isn't good.
