12 weeks is too early to guess gender from a nub shot. Boys look like girls at this stage, since the sex organs haven't developed yet.

Hello and congratulations looking at the pictures I would say a girl just based on the rounded chin and head I can't really see anything between the legs when I do zoom in I kind a think I see something..... good luck with your growing family I hope you get what your heart desires may God bless you and yours.
