So it's saying you ovulated on CD 14, but maybe it was CD 13? If you ovulated on the CD 13th, then the attempts on CD 14 might have been too late leaving you with just an attempt on CD 10. 3 days before O should be able to get you pregnant, just maybe not this time. Just wanted to encourage you to keep up the limited attempts! One attempt has been getting great results and I hate to see people drop it too soon. You can get pregnant on one attempt and you may already be preggo!

I really thought I was, but my period just started and temp dropped to 97.
Thanks for the encouragement though!
So you think we should stick with every four days still?

What about having attempts every three days? Or maybe one extra at pos ovulation test? Or should we just keep on every 4 days?

It is up to you. If you're ready to add attempts, then go to e3d OR e4d plus one. DO NOT do e3d plus one!!

I got my first boy on like a 5 day cutoff. it was crazy. While one attempt alone is a great girl sway tactic, it needs to be "supported" by diet and exercise too. My second child we DTD every day through O, and therefore no surprise we got a boy. I think one attempt is a really good sway tactic and I was personally not a fan of dropping it too soon. I got my girl on my second TTC cycle doing just PCOS LE, exercise, daily alcohol, one attempt and clomid. I told myself I was going to get a few BPN and I would be excited for them and I wasn't going to change anything for 2 attempt cycles. The reason I was excited about my BFN was that the goal of swaying pink is to lower fertility, and BFN's tell you that you have done that! I told myself after 2 BFN I'd do the e4d plus one. (because I was on clomid and didn't want to do more than 3 cycles on that)

Yes never lose sight of the "fertility factor" meaning that couples who are really super duperly fertile are more set for blue and also able to get pregnant much more easily even doing things that would prohibit conception for like 80% of everyone else. You can't therefore look back and draw any conclusions (some people would then think "Oh I need to do the opposite") or whatever and decide to BD thru O if they got a boy with one attempt in the past, but that would only be more boy friendly, if that makes sense.
I also got 2 boys with a long cutoff (DK how many days but with my first son, we BD 2x right after I had had AF, and with my second, we decided to TTC but then my husband changed his mind so we stopped at least 4 days before I ovulated but it was already too late) and my 3rd with a 3 day cutoff as I was trying Shettles and my husband wasn't even home when I Oed. This doesn't mean "cutoffs sway blue for me", it means that I was just nice and fertile and had good EWCM, and my husband has a high count, and I was therefore able to get pregnant with those long cutoffs. If that hadn't been the case, the sperm could not have survived to make it to the egg!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
