    ARe you swaying pink or blue?

    IF you can do cardio exercise intensely 60 minutes a day for 6-7 days a week while losing weight on a low protein diet, cardio is good because it will shrink your muscle mass. If you can't exercise that intensely or you're in very good shape already and that amount of exercise won't tax you, then it's better not to exercise at all.

    Moderate cardio while eating a higher protein diet and either maintaining or gaining weight is good for blue because it will grow your muscle mass. But lifting weights is even better for blue.

    The reason is, because things that grow your muscle mass raise your testosterone and sway blue, but shrinking muscle lowers your testosterone and sways pink. Very intense exercise also releases lactic acid which may help lower your pH.
