Whats important about the LE during the 2ww? I know its ideal if we stick to it, i read why somewhere on here but i cant find it..

I think that it is important to keep it up mainly because you might not be successful and if you took two weeks of the diet and exercise every month that is alot. But also I think female blastocyst prefer a low glucose environment so that is another reason to stick to it. From my very limited experience I usually o around day 14 and in June it looked like my body had geared up for o, I had my attempt but I did not actually o until day 21, so if I had dropped the diet at day 15, thinking I was in the 2 ww I would have conceived eating alot iyswim?

There is also something about girl embryos implanting better in a low blood sugar environment.
