Help. What to do? Some friends have just invited me and my family to grill dinner. They don't know I don't eat meat and I don't want to tell them. Should I eat a little bit of their meat-dinner or tell them beforehand? Maybe it dosen't hurt to eat a little bit just this evening.

I guess you could use this as a 'cheat' / 'night off' opportunity
Doubt it would hurt at all tbh!! It might be better than having to explain why you dont want meat. Unless you tell them you're trying out being a vegetarian for a month
good luck and enjoy your evening.
Happy with my crew and no more are due xx

LE Diet Thread
How many calories is considered a snack? Is there a limit? Sometimes before my first meal I add 3 tsp skimmed milk in my coffee which is 6 kcal. Should I consider this a snack and thus just drink the coffee black?

RE the grill, I seriously wouldn't worry. Often no one notices what you eat so just fill your plate with salads and sides etc and then a small bit of your favourite protein
