This was my ultrasound at 10 weeks, 4 days. I can see something forked/two lines but what are the two balls I see?? One is next to the lines and the other above it. Could that already be testicles??

No. There is no gender at 10 weeks.

Boys and girls are identical at that gestation. A boy baby does not have balls yet. All babies look like girls at 10 weeks. The ovaries gradually move down and turn into the testicles but gender differentiation does not happen visibly until at the barest minimum 12 weeks, and more like late in the 12th week into the 13th is when it really becomes visible.
