Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

Was reasonably strict to start but lost weight quickly so had to raise calories to 1800 and upper fat and protein limits.

On diet a total of 16 months altogether.

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

Remained vegetarian more or less throughout. Had 3 meals a day. 15 hours of fasting per day but wd have a cup of coffee with milk and sugar around 9am.

Very boy friendly diet prior to swaying so this was a big change.

BMI was approx. 19.5 (it did drop to 18.5 at one stage but regained a little as too thin)

Walked briskly and sometimes did a bit of jogging about 5 times a week for 60 mins.
