    When to reduce Folic

    Im currently taking 2000mcg FOLIC, after Conception do I reduce down to 800-1000mcg?

    Pretty sure you're not supposed to reduce until the end of the first trimester.

    Continue the higher dose throughout the first trimester and then at that point, gradually wean back to the amount in a prenatal.
