Just curious and this is a silly question - any truth to sway girl and moon phase, month and the chinese predictor? Probably all for fun but just curious. I had my son (dtd in Oct) and had first attempt just this month with bfn. Will try in Sept... but was wondering any truth to boys in Sept-Dec? thanks!

Don't get worked up about the chinese calculator or moon phases. No evidence behind them, just old wive's tale stuff.

A couple of well done studies found a small but significang bump in male conceptions in Sept-Nov. in the Northern Hemisphere. But that having been said it's believed that swaying via diet and lifestyle outweighs any effects of the seasons (and I am living proof of this having had 2 boys with boy lifestyle conceived in "girl" months and got my girl in November!!)

Nothing to moon phase (makes no sense) and the Chinese Gender calendar cannot be true either, if it was, there would not be orphanages full of unwanted Chinese baby girls.
