Yay, great news Purple! If I were you I'd probably be scheduling a private scan at one of those ultrasound clinics for 8 weeks. They can do quick heartbeat checks for you. After my best friend had 3 losses in a row she went to one of those ultrasound places every week to hear the heartbeat till she could find it at home with the doppler she bought. It really put her mind at ease. I'm not a fan of frequent ultrasounds but she was so anxious of losing another baby that it was worth it. Her DD is now 2 months old!

Thanks
I'm still worried it is too small and also I feel like my symptoms started up for a few days this week but have stopped already. I know they can come and go but it would be a lot more reassuring if they would just stay!
I will think about organising and extra scan as I'm also worried taking the progestrone will mask a missed miscarriage so I don't want to get all the way to 12wks to find out something happened weeks before hand.

So another update today...
I don't know how I did it but I managed to wait until the 12 wk scan before having another ultrasound. Based on the previous scan where bubs was measuring 4 days behind I would have been 11w 3d today but it was measuring 12w 3d!! It caught up and then grew some more
So everything seems to be going ok even with the crazy start! I haven't been letting myself get excited at all so it is slowly starting to sink in that I might actually be having a baby!
