Im guessing Dh needs to be on diet and supps for at least 72 days before?
DH really only has been on diet, sups, reduced coffee for about 4-5 weeks before DTD; If he is on diet/supps for less than 72 days is it a complete waste?

I think that it's great that your husband is participating in your sway at all! I bought my hubs some gummy vitamins and he only takes them the days that I physically hand it to him hehe. I'm curious to see what others respond. I hope that our role is much more important than theirs because I've been eating like a horse, working out for the first time in years, and pill popping like crazy
What has your husband been taking?

B12, L Arginine, Selenium, ZINC, Vit E, Folate
Takes cool showers, wears boxers, workouts, cut coffee in half (now drinks about 1.5-2 cups of weak coffee a day); reduced alcohol
Tries to get extra potassium, protein, eats more in general now.
Going to be about 6 weeks.Last edited by instant; August 26th, 2016 at 06:44 PM.

DH doesn't need to do the full HE Diet. Not necessary. If he's taking supps, that's great, if he's eating better (avoiding soy and cutting back on caff and alcohol) even better. I would also suggest that he "clean the pipes" either on his own or with you, with protection, every 2-4 days starting ASAP. This will help him make good sperm and more of them.
The most important thing he can do is QUIT smoking if he was or cut back if he won't quit. That is the only thing I have truly seen a correlation with. Most husbands don't do diet or take many supps, but it's the smokers that make girl after girl!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

If it were up to me I'd just give him a Men's One a Day over 50 and the arginine. Strongly suggest he take 1000 IU Vit D and can you clarify how much selenium, zinc, and Vit E he's taking? Easy to go overboard with those and too much may actually sway pink with them.
Honestly, he's doing so much more than most hubbies would!! What a champ.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Ok those are all within normal range, so you can continue with those or switch to the Men's one a day (which has all that plus the 1000 IU vit d and some other good stuff.
A lot of guys do get boys while doing coffee, all he can do is what he's willing to do!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
