Looking over everything I am not sure we can draw any conclusions just yet. I agree that both your blood tests were badly timed and your chart is quite inconclusive, I can go either way on O or no O.
I will tell you one of my very first clients had a (unbeknownst to everyone involved) blood draw the day of O, and it came back that she was menopausal and needed IVF to conceive at all. Super low estrogen, non-existent progesterone. The doctors scared the heck out of her. But she got a BFP that month!!! Their explanation was that blood tests on O Day are really misleading. So the day you do the test can absolutely matter and make it very difficult sometimes for the docs to really know waht is happening. If it is clear cut, they can tell, but if it isn't, and I believe it isn't in this case, they can't really tell you exactly what has transpired.

Thanks ladies, sorry if this is an obvious question. If you don't ovulation, I take you don't have an lp? How does your body know to start af? Does the body wait to a particular cycle day and then start? Trying to predict when af will arrive, thanks x

Thanks atomic that is really interesting about the lady having a blood draw on ovulation day. There seems to still much we don't know about conception, my friend was told her tubes were blocked and she would never conceive naturally, she conceived naturally while on the waiting list for Ivf! Time will tell, af still not here but as am not sure when or if I ovulated I really am at a loss to know when to expect it. I am very sore, last night I thought my womb was going to fall out of my body, x

It isn't AF really when you bleed after a non-ovulatory cycle, it's a drop in estrogen that triggers the lining to come off. It's not on a certain day, it just happens quite at random whenever your E levels drop. That's how some people go 3 months between periods or more - they don't ovulate so have no LP and AF does not come until estrogen drops and the lining cannot be sustained any more. there is literally no way to predict. You very well may still ovulate and then get your actual AF so I really urge you to keep going with attempts every 4 days.

Doctors know barely anything, they just have the tests and machines.
I'm not being harsh, it is just that this is largely unexplored territory held back for too long by embarrasment and misinformation.
I really urge you to continue with attempts. I think it's entirely possible O is just delayed and you most likely would still ovulate, just later.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

OK dumb question that I apparently missed first time through, but why exactly were you expecting AF?? I guess I must've read this as you GOT AF, but according to what you just posted, you clearly haven't. So this would mean you are not having a 7 day LP and I need clarification on what is happening with you because I think you are confused about something regarding when AF arrives and what a LP is. Your AF is NOT set in stone, it is 12-14 days tacked onto the end of whenever you ovulated so if you ovulate late, your AF typically will also come late. If you are in a panic expecting AF to come on the 1st of the mnth or something because it always does, and so are assuming that your LP will be only 7 days because of this, that's not how it works!!

Thanks atomic, I had stopped attempting, just don't feel in the form for it, waiting for bleeding to start, it is taking forever but am convinced it will start during the night, tonight. My temps are in my boots. I have fallen of the diet and exercise the past two days, just needed a blow out! I think am on the verge of giving up, but am reluctant to make a decision when am so darn hormonal as I think it is driving/ impacting on my judgement! Really appreciate your input x

Sorry am a rubbish communicator in this medium. Af has not arrived, I thought it had arrived a few days ago when I woke up in the middle of the night lather and cramping but no show. Feel it will come tonight. If my af had arrived on Thursday it would have been an lp of 6 days from when I think I ovulated, Friday would have been an lp of 7 days, I the post I meant if it stays away until Friday, that would be a 7 day lp. I am currently dpo 9 according to when I, not ff think I ovulated. Given my temps are a bit all over the show and there is a query about whether I actually o' ed or not, I was wondering when to expect af? Hope that makes sense x

If you did ovulate and you are 9 DPO that's much better than the previous two months girlie and quite frankly your cramping could be implantation. Not getting your hopes up but by all means if you make it especially to 14 days that's twice as long as last month and I would be testing for a baby! Hang in there a bit longer I know you are real down in the dumps over this but I had pretty strong cramps I thought was period related the cycle of this BFP... Unless you bleed those cramps could mean anything. I know temping works for some or most women, never worked for me...who knows if the temps are off due to stress etc
