Don't know what to think- help!

Ok, so even though it says girl, let me preface this by saying she was having a hard time seeing it and was shaking my tummy with her ultrasound instrument to try to get a better photo. I didn't really ask to make sure if she was 100% certain... just curious if it looks like a boy or girl in your opinion. Btw, this is actually supposed to be a potty shot/between-the-legs view, but it's not that great of a view.
