DH minerals? none, he wasnt into it. But I got him to do lots of other things!

Diet

Duration of diet? I can't recall TBH, but I know it was at least 5 weeks.

Dietary Changes? Ton of meats, potatoes, nuts, salty, foods. Lots of water. Milk in the morning. No sweets...geez that was hard. I did eat some ice cream a week before attempt! I just couldnt help myself.

Did you continue diet after attempt? If so for how long? Maybe a couple of days, but not much longer than that. I needed some candy.

DH consume caffeine before attempt day? he drinks coffee every morning

DH consume caffeine 1/2 hour or an hour before BD? 45 mins prior he drank a Rockstar. Kept him up all night. He said he was really tired at work all day!


Hormones? Up and till about 2 weeks of attempt I was doing weights and cardio for an hour about 3 to 4 X a week. I stopped weights and walked a little bit. I got really lazy. But i was working out consistently since May 3 to 4 X a week.


Drinks? Water and Milk, juices. Mostly water.

DH use cold bath/shower or ice? he iced his goodies for about 45 mins before.

OWT - anything under bed? A blue angel pin we wore for my aunt, that I am named for, My hummingbird ring since hummingbirds are good luck in our family. I put this all inside a little pouch with 5 Stars that I made 5 wishes on.

Comments? I had a really good feeling about our attempt. I laid with my legs HIGH in the air for atleast 20 mins each time after DTD. I felt a little sick on CD8. Took a first response and it was neg. The next day I tool another one and there was a faint line so I got a digital and it came up "Pregnant" I was thrilled. I took 2 more First response to make sure my levels were going up. In those 2 days my lines were increasingly darker. I had some cramping days leading up to getting BFP and my Boobies were already sore especially the left one. I don't know if that means anything. With DD both were really sore. Also, with this pregnancy I had Light spotting with DD I didn't. That freaked me out. With DD I had a dream about her when I was pregnant that she was a girl. I saw her in my dreams. With this one, a few nights ago I had a dream about a blued eyed chubby little boy. We will see if my dream proves right again. :edit: I would like to add my husband never quit smoking completely so those of you swaying there is hope!

I am really excited to be pregnant! Hoping for a happy healthy baby! Either gender is ok with me! But we would love a boy!!!
