I'm wondering if it is safe to keep up with the dieting and intense exercise in the 2WW? I had a couple cheat days (dinners parties and being super busy), but I'm ready to start back in with the exercise and diet. Is it safe to do if we are in early pregnancy? Or should we just lightly do it until we test? Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is safe to do diet and exercise in 2WW and I VERY much prefer that you do.
If babies could "shake out" then the entire human race would have died out long ago when most women had to do incredibly difficult amounts of physical labor constantly while living on a rotten mango and some leftover grasshopper casserole.!!!
