Definitely impossible at 11 weeks?

Hi everyone,

I love this website.

I had an 11 week scan last week... Is it really impossible to tell the difference at that stage? do boys and girls look exactly identical?

This is my scan from 11 weeks. I have another scan next week at 13 weeks so will post again then if the nub is captured

Yes, most nubs look girly at 11 weeks, so completely 50/50 at this stage, sorry.

While there is the occasional boy who has a very noticeable dingaling that early, most babies are not visible at that stage. Cute baby though!

I wouldn't even bother guessing at 11wks. You should be able to have a good idea at 13wks if you can get a nice nub shot.
