On IG, there were 7 sway factors, and even if you did all of them, which was a ton of work, sways did not work all of the time, of course. Since then, a lot of the moderators have found more studies and come to some brilliant conclusions that much of it IS theory, but some has some science behind it. You really have to decide what you feel comfortable with and what you put stock in as far as helping you....and some trial and error with supplements and such. Basically, there are three things that we think helps: increasing your DH's sperm count and the sperm count inside you when you ttc, increasing your ewcm and getting the best and most fertile cervical mucus you can, and lastly, and maybe most importantly, having a good, high nutrient diet and not letting your blood sugar drop. (The diet and blood sugar thing is based on the Trivers-Willard Hypothesis, where males are conceived more often from the "top" women who have a plentiful diet and hence, are more likely to survive because male babies need more nutrients and such in the womb and after....whereas females are more likely to be conceived by women who have poor diets because they can survive with less....that is it in a nutshell.) Hope this helps you plan what you want to do....of course, there are a ton of excellent sticky posts under TTC Boy, and I would spend some time reading ALL of them before you make a plan. We are here for your questions, though!

DH 's pH is lower this month...last month was 8.8 and now is 7.7
Im thinking the vit. C lowered it .He was drinking grapefruit and orange juice and also eat some gummy vit. C lol.
Im waiting for another sample today to check it he on on bsd now. LOL
Anyway atomic said 7.7 is pretty good because they like to hang out in that pH so they may live longer in it I guess, but I hope we can go to 8...I would be happy for that.
Well it's 7.9 today. I guess we can get to 8 by O he just have to stop the vit. C stuff .
(but it's not like we don't try with this pH lol)
