So, I bought rephresh today, but I'm on cd20 and from my history I ovulate from anywhere between cd21-cd26 (I've always had irregular cycles)
From what I've read, women tend to start rephresh after af, especially if they've never used it before. Is it a good idea to use a full applicator tomorrow morning even though I may a get positive opk any day now. Or should I give it a miss this month, and get my body used to it in the next cycle after af (assuming I don't get a bfp, of course.)
Also, DH and I BD'd this afternoon and plan to BD again in four days. (I'm doing e4d this cycle)

If you're already planning the e4day approach, I'd just use it.
I've used it 4 times this cycle, maintained the diet, supps and the timing was perfect (exactly 24 hours before attempt) and my CM ph was still about 7.
So if you decide not to, it's probably not doing wonders anyway IMHO. Good luck.

No, you can use it now. It's fine.
I just have people start it after AF just in case they O sooner than they think and also to let their bodies "get used to it" but I have never had any evidence that this is necessary, it is just one of those things I imagined might be ba good idea.!!!
