Girliecat, I totally understand how you feel. I would've sworn I was fully prepared with my first, but I obviously wasn't. I know it won't be a comfort, but it's honestly true that if you have a boy, when he is born you will find it hard to believe you were ever disappointed. I still look at my son and wonder how I ever wanted a girl first instead of him. Obviously I do still want a girl, so I'm not saying that desire would go away, but it really is true that you will be so so glad he is who he is. I'm sitting here with my coffee right now and my son is snuggling up to my midsection, gazing up at me, and grinning. The heart melts!
Nonetheless, I do hope you get your girl!! I can't wait for us to find out next week!

Yeah mine implanted on the right, and the placenta is on the right of that.
I ovulated from the left side though
Defo still thinking Boy, as although I lost weight, did a Vegan (me and Hubby) LE diet, after my loss I cheated and weight loss stalled, and I DTD everyyyy day
That's my scan
But still it could be wrong, as one of the ladies here said Ramzi doesn't always work

Today we had the 12 week+4 ultrasound. Everything looks great. The baby did not know it was picture day and was sleeping on his belly during the ultrasound. I tried coughing a few times and going on my side to wake him up and he turned on his side towards us but never got on his back and then went back to sleeping on his belly. The tech flipped the head photo upside down so one of the photos looks like he's looking up but he was actually looking down the whole time.
Unfortunately, insurance does not pay for the doula. We could use our HSA for it though. We're in a major metropolitan area our doula is on the high-ish side at $1,900. The most expensive I found was $2,500 and the cheapest maybe $1,200? We spoke to four different doulas total (three at a Meet the Doulas event) and I'm feeling less and less fearful about birth.

Anyone having problems with waking up in the middle of the night with nausea & hunger? I get up to eat a little and lay awake for an hour or so. Very annoying with this new sleeping disorder habit.

Cute pictures MrsSparkles and Amelia. So nice to be able to get an insight on the little ones.
MrsS: My placenta was at week 11 located on the right side. According to Ramzi this is the boy-side, which in my case dosen't match theory. I read somewhere that the placenta can move and Ramzi is only usefull before 8 weeks. When will you find out gender?

Oh no I pee multiple times, but usually before 1am, then I sleep until4am...and that pee trip wakes me up arghhh.
My husband is a real deep sleeper, but even he is getting fed up with me now, he's like "Why is your bladder doing this to me!"
And I say "No it's the baby, so half your fault"2017

Ha ha me and DH actually sleep in different rooms (now that I don't need his swimmers anymore ha ha) I sleep with two of my boys, the other one sleeps next door together with our dog and DH sleeps downstairs, so I don't wake him up with all my nightly peeing & eating activities.
