For those that tried this, did it work for you? What ratio of BS/water did you use? Did you use warm or cold water?
I read somewhere, maybe atomic said it, that BS can actually hurt an attempt because it is TOO alkaline? If so what else can we try ? Diet is not seeming to play a huge role in changing my ph. I'm typically about a ph of 5.

I wonder if that's why I was unsuccessful last month .. 2 of our 3 attempts in the fertile window i used baking soda finger
with my other pregnancies I fell pregnancy on the first try . Maybe I will try preseed though .. the ph of 7 in that should be better than my ph of 5 lol. I've even tested my ewcm and it's still 5 :/

pH of urine doesn't help. Has to be pH of EWCM only.
If you are testing your pH at any other time except for right around ovulation, then a reading of 5 is totally normal. Your vagina's natural pH is around 4-5 to prevent infections. It's only around ovulation that it goes up. Please no one test at the wrong time of month and feel that you're too "acidic".
I personally am not a fan of the baking soda stuff but I have the how to here for those who do choose to do it. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/ttc-...g-Soda-basics=!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yes, of course we have, and it's mid 7's. The company also tests each batch. Pre-Seed | sperm friendly lubricant | Pre-Seed research
Yes, I still feel pH doesn't make a difference in sways. Too many opposites going every which way. Girls that were "supposed" to be boys, boys that were "supposed" to be girls, successes that turned into opposites and opposites that turned into successes.!!!
