Unfortunately I didn't start drinking until a couple of days after AF, but I'm having 3 cups daily plus Robitussin. Well see how it goes!

I can imagine how you feel, but don't let fear and past experiences make decisions for you though, perhaps this pregnancy and delivery can be different and much more empowering. You have plenty of time during pregnancy to prepare and make the changes you want to see check out Home - Indie Birth , maybe you can find info there that you like.

Why did you decide to TTC in the first place? Maybe going over that why will help

I think that's a super reasonable anxiety. We ALWAYS knew we wanted more than one kid, but pregnancy and labor are so awful, I sometimes go, "Yikes, SHOULD we just adopt?"

But then we're selfish and think about how we made our DD, who is literally perfect to us, haha. So I mean, why wouldn't we want to bring more of that into the world?

Just remember -- there ARE drugs for L&D, haha! I'm definitely going to look into that hypnobirthing when we get to that point again.

I was planning to take epidural when I was pregnant with my son, actually ، that's why I got pregnant pregnant in the first place , the idea that I can deliver without pain , but then I delivered when I was in my family's town, and they didn't have epidural "sigh"

I asked my husband today, what made you excited for having another?
He said because his sister just had a son, and this made him remember how is it like to have a new baby and all that delivery action and the excitement to have a new member in the family!!


Now only 4 weeks till my ovulation, I hope this is enough to make me forget what I felt about labor lol

at's so awesome for bre! I'm currently down and out with a terrible gastro bug. Can't hold anything down and just trying to keep fluids into me but even that comes up.
Due to start AF tomorrow or the next too just to add to my tummy bug too!
