So, looks like grapefruit juice is helping. I found some stretchy cm last night and this morning. It's still white so I consider it "creamy" but my creamy cm has never been stretchy before. It is so early on for me! VERY excited! lol.

I'm not exercising at all these days u_u barely even walking. I injured myself shoveling snow (and also got a few major workouts ) and I haven't done much since. That's the only part of the sway I haven't adhered to consistently. meh.

So awesome bre! Gives me hope that I can have a boy. We've decided we'll try our first cycle in march. I'll have to get back on my HE diet seeing as I have barely eaten anything the last two days and when I did it never stayed down anyway.
Glad the grapefruit juice is working Cosmo!! I'll begin drinking it probably the cycle before my attempt.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Xmas. I hope my tummy feels better soon so I can enjoy all the food! I'm going to make sure hubby starts eating more consistently as he is a known meal skipper because he gets so busy at work.

So AF started tonight and hubby wants to try this cycle! I was like no, not keen! So we decided we'd wait for the next cycle - so first attempt probably early Feb. A month earlier than I'd like but he wants kids close in age. He's completely on board for a boy and has been on supps for about 12 weeks and sleeping naked for about 5 months and going commando to work hahahaha. I've told him hr better improve his eating habits cos he gets so caught up with work. We have six weeks holidays together at the moment so I'm trying to improve his eating. I got in the scales today...I've lost 2 kgs in 2 days from this bloody stomach flu.
How is everyone else doing?

How exciting diva! I'm sure you will recover quickly. DH seems to be a good sport about following through that's totally wonderful! Good luck to you both!


As for me, my temp dipped this morning but opk was - last night with a light line. I don't get the 24-48 hour notice most women get. Last cycle my OPK was + the day I ovulated so I'm a bit nervous. CM is still creamy but cervix moved up high. I get EWCM the day I O in the evening and the next day lol. At least the creamy cm is workable and not so sticky as usual. Lots of preseed will be used haha. I'm just really nervous I'll get stuck with one attempt :| I have not tested this morning since my OPK instructs to wait until late morning.

DH is just like "has it been 48 hours yet?" loooooool he does not like to abstain at all. I don't blame him.

I only get a positive opk the day I ovulate too! I can do the OPK the night before on a clear blue digi and get nothing and then 24 hrs later (the day of my dip) get a solid smiley. I never get flashing Smileys which makes it hard, so I know your pain.
