Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced early ovulation using peppermint tea? I usually ovulate right on day 14, but I seem to have ovulated two days early?? The only change I've made to th LE diet this month is adding 2 cups of peppermint tea per day for the past month. I've been on the LE diet on and off since march, but more seriously in the past 2 months.
Thank you for any advice!!

I've been drinking it daily since September and haven't noticed that. 2 days doesn't seem that off to me, I wouldn't stress [emoji1303]
