Augh, am I snacking wrong? Atomic, are there more pink friendly snacks that I should be having? I'm CD19 and probably Oing any day now. I really hope I didn't mess this up... [emoji849]

Maxim---What kinds of things did you do last time to get your girls?

Did you do one attempt or more than one?

Getting worked up over every little thing is not going to help your sway. Remember, the rules have to be different for you because you may only HAVE this month to TTC and if you'll recall I did not want you to do drastic changes on diet because I was worried you would delay or even stop ovulation. Everything has to change when you have a limited window.

Snacking tends to sway blue. But it's just one little thing. I do NOT think that there are "magic pink snacks" or anything like that, what the previous poster meant was that they are relatively high in protein but since you're really not doing diet in the way that others are doing, I want you to do what is working for you. Trust me, a yogurt is much better than a fortified protein shake.

It's typically something light like eggs and toast with peanut butter, but I have to eat otherwise I feel faint. I do eat snacks also, I have to, but I've tried to limit them to something small. My job is very stressful and I have to be on top of my game, and if I don't eat, I honestly just get so hungry and have a hard time thinking about anything else. I'm super lucky to be thin and actually be able to eat, but on the flip side, I can't skip breakfast and snacks because I'm afraid of getting underweight on BMI (I'm literally hovering on underweight/normal by one pound!). So this isn't something on my side that I feel that I can negotiate. However, that said, I've switched my snacks from protein shakes to skim vanilla greek yogurts and things that have less protein and vitamins/minerals/fortified.

So basically I was asking if having one attempt plus my adjusted diet above would be enough to help sway pink? Thoughts?
Lots of people have had to continue with breakfast due to work demands. It is just one thing that may help some people. It does NOT make or break a sway.

Is there any way you could eat more at meals and eliminate the snacking?

I'm not a girl swayer so can't comment too much of the LE diet but did notice the snacks and breakfast you have gone to do sound quite boy friendly. Things like eggs and yoghurt are being recommended on the boy threads. Maybe there may be better pink options?
There are no "girl foods" or "boy foods". It's your overall diet as a whole that matters. So many foods can be part of a pink diet OR a blue diet depending on how they're eaten.

Atomic, actually yes...I can definitely eat a bigger breakfast, but typically I don't since I'm eating with my girls and it's already pretty hectic meal time with them. But I will do that and try to skip morning snack at the very least. The afternoons are so hectic with work, carpool, activities with kids, etc. so I typically forget to eat. I've always eaten the things that I am now, but just cutting out protein shakes and trading them for yogurt, strawberries, etc. I assumed that was okay? And you're right, I don't have time on my side and I was worried about going drastic any direction with diet since my body is sensitive to changes. Not sure if this is even related to these minor changes, but I have noticed that I have very, very little CM the past 2 months...

Robin, I'm a creature of habit, so honestly, my meals have been pretty much the same over the years. Always eggs/toast in am, a protein snack, turkey sandwich at lunch, another snack, and then some type of healthy dinner. I did cut out red meat several years ago, so that is a difference, but everything else is pretty consistent. I did add in diet coke and red wine the past 2 months, but otherwise really no changes in that respect.

I would actually eat more at breakfast and skip the morning snack. In the afternoon you're having a good run of time anyway.

I really, really think that since you've gotten 2 girls already eating this way I think you should try not to start going over everything with a fine tooth comb wondering how it all sways. Trust me, that sways a heck of a lot more than any minor difference in diet.
