Butterfly- I'm sure you will be fine. That doesn't sound too bad to me!

Buttercups I think your overall totals matter and long as your diet was different to when you conceived the boys you should be fine, how long were u on the diet for? I was on it a total of 8/9 months with little breaks and cheats here and there to keep me going! I know 3 months is recommended so I'm hoping the length of time stands to me along with 1 attempt, only folic acid and coffee and alcohol. Only think I didn't do was the exercise

Thank you for the blue dust
Alright, I shaved down one cup of tea... I think. I'll see if I can manage with two for a week or so.
I'm going to purchase a couple of frers today and a box of CBD w/ estimator. How do you ladies suggest I make the most of the CBD? I won't be able to get in for a midwife appointment until I'm 12 weeks I'm pretty sure. I'm only a week an 4 days in and that's going from ovulation not implantation. I want to see progression from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks. In other words, the first time I take the test the CBD should say 1-2 weeks and if I take it 2 weeks later, it should say 3-4 weeks. Do I have this right?
So then, do I take one next week and then 2 weeks from then?

I was on it 12 weeks exactly that's when my O fell coincidentally! I did do exercise coffee alcohol (missing both haha!) I honestly couldn't believe I fell first time so obv intended to do it for longer but it worked and now I'm doubting I may not have been on it long enough - but what's he point in me wondering / worrying about it now!!
Wow amazing efffort doing it for 7-8 months Amelia !! Did u intend to do it for that long or was that the length of ttc ?

No I only intended to do 3/4 months thinking I would fall pregnant straight away which didn't happen hence the long time on it, I lost a stone and was never this skinny when I conceived all 3 boys ... I've put the stone back on already with bouts of nausea, I have to eat to keep it away. But I only have it for half the day morning/afternoon and the rest of the day I'm fine ... Weird!!!!

I haven't gained anything yet at 7 weeks 2 days. My nausea lasts all day and causes me to not eat much even when grazing [emoji20]. I can't wait to feel better soon! I was on the diet for 1 year and TTCed for 11mo when we conceived. By the end, the LE diet became my way of life, haha! I lost about 1 stone and a half towards the end.
I think we all had really great sways! I hope we all get what we tried for! I personally think we will have boy #4. I just can't imagine us having a girl!

All you ladies seem to have great sways, and that's wonderful that you feel you gave it as best a shot you could and will now just roll with it!
I didn't get time to sway! I joined the site back in November and had planned to spend most of this year learning what 'swaying was all about! I had the intention to maybe start this Summer and in the meantime do lots of reading on this site and start regulating my cycle.
Well that was the plan lol! This was a completely unexpected BFP and aside from a few workouts every now and then and skipping breakfast for a matter of weeks I literally have NO sway!
oh and @ Cosmosis...I have blue dust galore over here!!
