His guys! Thanks so so much for your replies and advice.
Atomic you are just so knowledgable, it's so reassuring. We have officially been swaying since 1st of Jan, with the diet, coffee and alcohol. I think now we may defer until March for our first attempt. That would give us around 10 weeks?
I am concerned about my ED but also want to make sure I am not missing anything. Without too much change, can anyone suggest anything to pop in for the next four weeks that might optimise my chances? Atomic??
I hope I am not putting things off! It's just a worry to actually take the plunge.
Thanks so so much guys and the DH is only 30 so he will have to miss out and extra release
Thanks again guys. I have tried talking to family about all this but they think ii am crazy![]()

Eat more vegetable fats (like veg oil, margarine) and less animal fats (butter, dairy). This seems like a small thing but it's been shown in animal studies to actually help!
