Hi Ladies x
As I've mentioned before we only have two attempts due to hubbys work this year and as much as I want a girl I would love to conceive also.
What are the best chances to conceive quick and try for a girl? I am doing the diet, hubby on OLE daily should I be taking peppermint tea or cinnamon? I have polycystic ovaries but not the syndrome.
Should we DTD all the way through? I understand TTC a girl is all about.minimising concieving it's hard to find a happy medium
Thanks x

I would not have you do pep tea when you're in a hurry to get pregnant since it may lower odds of conception.
Are you doing PCO diet?? If not, you should be.
How much weight do you have to spare?? Do you get low blood sugar (feel woozy and stuff, I mean) really easily?? Cinnamon can really exacerbate this so I use it with caution as several people (myself included) have nearly fainted while taking it.
DTD all the way through is actually NOT good odds of conception. I know it seems like it should be, but it actually makes your husband kind of "run out of gas" before the egg shows up and there is not always enough to fertilize an egg. It's actually one of the main things couples "do wrong" when TTC and lots of them end up in doctor's offices but they just need to have LESS sex, instead of more.
What I'd have you do is DTD every 3 days ALL through cycle, both before and after O, and then add in one more attempt at positive OPK. This will be good odds of conception and while it is more blue friendly it would be good chances of conception. If you don't want to push it quite that far, then do every 4 days (both before and after O) and add in one more attempt at pos OPK.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

you need to be on PCOS diet anyway. Even if you just have tendencies that way I'd do the PCO diet.
A small amount of cinnamon would be ok in that scenario. 1/4 teaspoon a day, no more than that, wean off gradually at BFP.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
