    I am still having lots of calories left at the end of the day while using my protein and fat allowance.. I think I'm not eating wisely...

    Wine/beer suppppppper carby

    If you ate a banana and an apple that would give you around 45g of carbs.


    Atomic would you suggest eating the fruit with meals instead of snacking on it between meals?
    Or having like a fruit salad after dinner?
