Purchased boy swaying plan but still a bit confused on how to begin?

Hello! Can't wait to see my plan however in the meantime I was hoping to get started with supplements and vitamins but confused when read all the info in forums! I see some of the vitamins are no longer recommended for various reasons. Can you give a breakdown on what's best to take now? Thank you and sorry if this in wrong place!
