Our sway didn’t work for #3 & we had a little oops for #4 but we love them all to bits... not sure if we ever will but somehow hoping we might add blue to the crew, to complete our family, one day...
Fingers crossed for TTC #5 (again) for early 2024!luck has finally been on our side- expecting our 1st little boy October 2024!

I'm another blue Aussie swayer. This will be a first cycle TTC after 3-4 months on the diet. Just some info about taking EPO and fish oil. Be careful that your EPO intake is not more than your fish oil milligrams per day. This is atomic's advice except I can't remember why - the reason is on here somewhere.
I ended up cutting it out completely in the end and found grapefruit juice and lemon water gives me lots of EWCM.
Currently day 11 but I don't O until the 20s.
Good luck with your sways and attempts!!DDFeb 2016
DS Dec 2017Thank you atomic and gender dreaming. My sway worked!

Hey Dancingdiva!good to see you here! We are almost in synch, am on cd13 today
hope you catch that blue at first attempt!!
Re EPO and Fish oil, I remember reading that somewhere too, now can't recall why either I actually haven't started on the Epo yet but not sure I will, will depend on my fertility specialist's call and the state of (fertility) affairs in coming days...
I have been soooo bad with supps, and exercise, really have to up the ante now and truly get into it seriously
Tiegan, will get you my diet up in coming days, maybe tomorrow if I get the chance, will give you an idea

Re: EPO and fish oil. Animal fats sway more blue, as do omega 3s. EPO is a non-animal fat that is rich in omega 6s. EPO has some fertility components for how it affects hormones, the cervix, CM, etc., but keeping the ratio in favor of more animal fat/omega 3 is what keeps it more blue.
This is from what I understand. I think EPO is a more old school sway tactic hence why it's still around and I know atomic has recommended dropping it for several people after failed sways, so if you were to include it, you'd definitely probably want to keep on the fish oil.

Thanks Panther
I knew I had read that somewhere!
I’m still undecided with the whole EPO thing anyways – I can’t for the life of me remember if it helped my cycles or not when trying with DD1. Now that I am not nursing any more at all (I miss my bewbs though lol), I am back on the full dose of fish oil so hopefully that will be good enough and since that is Omega 3’s we should be on the right side of the fence, sway wise

Hi Boywish,
That’s exciting either way! Are you hoping for AF then so you can do your attempt as planned or not? Or in two minds about it?
I’m now CD14 and pretty close to O I think but we got carried away too…3 times since Friday ..oops lol So I guess we shall see – I am almost tempted to just BD unprotected once we get the +opk, so that if it leads to pregnancy I have done my best BD wise – though I would prefer AF to just show up so that I can be doing things diligently on all other points too! :PLucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas

I'm not sure what I'm hoping for to be honest - if AF does come I'll be excited to be pregnant however I know I'll be nervous to find out gender. If AF doesn't come at least I can say no matter the gender I tried all I could.
Oh looks like you are in a similar situation [emoji4]if you b'd those 3 times unprotected I'd probably do every 2nd day till + opk then the 3 attempts (but my thinking could be totally wrong in that).
I hear you in being diligent on the other points - there's always something isn't there [emoji4]
