    Confused & overwhelmed

Not sure if this is where to post but I'm really struggling with what to do with TTC a girl. We have 4 beautiful boys & our 4th was going to be our last but we've decided we'd love to add 1 more to our family.
I've been researching on here & a couple of other forums & Facebook pages however it's left me confused on what I should do now as we'd really love to try for a girl. Obviously I want to give it my best as this is most definitely our last!
I appreciate any advice or recommendations.

I don't have much suggestions except to say I am confused and overwhelmed too. I'm a mum to 2 boys and 7 weeks out from trying to conceive (have been on LE diet for about 4-5 weeks now).

Have you started diet or anything? Or looking into what you want to try?

I started supplements & doing a diet from another group other then GD but now I'm questioning it all as I've seen they all do things differently. I think I'm just needing some clarity & clear guidance of what to do. Maybe I should pursue a personalised plan on here. Do you know anyone that's successfully swayed on here with that?

Yes, I'm from QLD, Australia Where abouts are you? Would be great to encourage each other along.

At the top of this forum you'll see you can get the statistics and read people's sways. That'll help you decide what you feel you want to try too. Good Luck

Hi ladies. In my signature you'll see a link to our Complete Index that has probably more than you ever wanted to know about swaying.

What we have found works best is LE Diet plus fiber, coffee, and alcohol for 12 weeks or more; NOT taking probiotics or Vitamin D or multivitamins/prenatals, cardio exercise 5-7 days a week, 60 min a day; one attempt or every 4 day BD if you can't do one attempt, husband smoking, jogging and/or biking, and Clomid/Femara if you can get it. Olive Leaf Extract for DH has seemed to help a little too but we really aren't sure if that is for real or a statistical quirk.

All the rest of the stuff did not seem to help our sways. They just cut odds of conception without adding anything.

I know things seem confusing at first but there is always a reason why the recommendations on here are different than on other sites. Just ask! I'm happy to explain!

Thanks so much Atomic, I'm feeling a little more clarity after your reply & I found an old post about what peoples diet/lifestyles were like when they conceived girls.

Unfortunately I can't get a hold of clomid. I can however get my hubby running.
I've just started on the treadmill but only 20mins running per day so far, I'll definitely have to up it. I've been very interested in the LE diet & I have noticed it has quite the success.

I'm a big stress head unfortunately so maybe the alcohol will relax me more. DH drinks coffee 2-3 times per day but I'm a big black tea drinker (typically 3 cups per day).

Really appreciate you replying, understand you're one very busy woman, so thank you!
