    Massage after bfp

I'm currently at the end of my 2ww and have had bfps for the past 3 days (massive Yey!) however I already had a back massage and facial booked for tomorrow. Does anyone think these wouldn't be safe?! Tia

I would let them know that you are pregnant at the start so they know what appropriate products to use on your face and body and what massage techniques to use.

    Enjoy!

Let them know you're pregnant, because there are certain areas that can supposedly trigger miscarriage if worked too hard. I saw a massage therapist trained in prenatal massage as well every month of my pregnancy with DD, including as early as 4w and some days. All fine.

Some internet sources say to pass on the first trimester massages, but my doctor and then midwife both said that was unnecessary.

Just let them know, they make adjustments to the procudure to compensate for that.
