Yep. It looks like NSW would need to legislate the practice separately (who knows how and when) and after that those who offered gender selection would not risk there accreditation.

So whilst its not a complete 'no' im not sure what the next step is for NSW legislation.

Disappointing but I think there's still hope in NSW as we have a number of clinics and FS that support it so perhaps they will push forward but who knows the timing.

This is such heartbreaking news. I don't understand how someone can abort an undesired gender but choosing a desired gender is unethical. What a load of shit!!
