Netti were you going to try amd do the le diet for a few months? Is that why July?

If you don't feel you can wait then at least try just one attempt and maybe even j&d the first time? After 5 boys I would personally probably hold off and do as best as sway as I could. Maybe don't monitor things but avoid meat, fatty foods like cheese and pastries, drink only skim milk etc stick to one attempt at pos opk. See how that goes for a couple cycles maybe?

Yes and also thought id have a better chance at convincing DH as ds5 is 1 🤣

Its just the impatient in me. I know once its done DH can't go back and forth 😄

I know it would be better for me to try as many things that im able to, to work in my favour.
Im going to try to hold out.

Is the daily chat thread still around for le diet?

What do you ladies eat for lunch. We're heading into autumn/winter here and salads aren't cutting it atm. I struggle with lunches and finding something nutritious and le.

I used to love the La Zuppa soups! Low in fat but quite filling! I'd have a couple pieces bread either very lightly buttered or unbuttered. The minestrone and pumpkin ones are awesome. There's also Uncle Bens mexcian fried rice. These are sold at woolies. I don't like salads at all 😂 although I would eat the vege sub minus cheese but with sweet onion sauce from subway. My other go to was toasted cheese sandwiches but that was if I was having a low fat dinner.

I absolutely love toasted cheese sandwiches. I had one today 🤣

Ill check out the soup and rice. I need a few options. I get bored of the same food (except toasted cheese sandwiches &#128514

Pbn3 - that was a great article, thank you! If it was my first, I may be more hopeful. But as it's my third and my other two babies were seen at 5+ weeks with my tilted uterus, I'm less hopeful.

I can only get in for surgery on 11th May after my work conference and other work commitments. My appointment is next wed 3rd, so I'm going to pencil in D&C on that day, but only after a scan at a separate scanning place (not just in his office). I think then I will comfortable and I will also be 8 weeks. I'll also get another couple of HCG tests foe reassurance

Netti lunch is easiest for me since i don't have to cook for everyone just myself and the two littles. I have 1/2c(dry) plain elbow macaroni with 2tbs Parmesan cheese (the fake stuff already grated) and 2/3c frozen corn and 2/3 cup frozen peas only when I'm really hungry otherwise I stick with just Mac noodles.
Iwant4kids that sounds like a good plan I would also want to do everything I could for reassurance before moving forward with d&c
AFM temp rise again this am. Nothing fancy but crosshairs did move making me 3dpo today and not yesterday. Looks like I'll be the last tester which is ok because I'm nervous anyway!

Iwant4 - I am so so sorry!! Big hugs!! I do think it makes sense to do another scan like Ash said. Thinking about you...

Ash & lola, your BD times look great! So excited to see how this cycle plays out for you!!

Netti, I do a lot of vegetarian meals like lentil soup, salads, sandwich with hummus or avocado, stir fry, etc. It's hard for me also to find new things to eat as I also easily get bored. Let me know if you come across something yummy.

AFM, I'm having some cramping on my right side yesterday and today. I'm hoping O is coming earlier for me this cycle - I'm CD14 today and have never O'd earlier than CD17, so maybe it's around the corner. I'll post pics of my OPK's from phone. I must say that I am a bit worried about my diet - it was AWFUL on vacation. I ate everything in sight, which is so far off my usual diet, and gained a few pounds. That's definitely boy territory!

Max you can for sure tell 13pm is darker. FX you O earlier and maybe the slight diet change and relaxation of vacation is just what your body needed!
