I got my super duper faint shadow at 9 dpo (I missed it at first) and a line at 10dpo.

Maxim-have you ever used the clear blue advanced digi? So much cheaper to get the wondfos, but I was having trouble reading them since mine were all pretty dark to begin with. The digi seemed to work better for me & the blank, flashing & solid smiley correlated nicely with my o pains & temp rise after. Yay for cramps, sounds like you're about to O! I agree, wouldn't worry about your "cheats" since you've been on the diet for so long! And it sounds like your body may naturally sway girl
