No breakfast -- feeling dizzy :/

Question .. what do you ladies do or recommend when I feel dizzy in the morning when I don't eat breakfast ? I drink coffee with milk ... and until
12 pm no food ... when dizziness starts from low blood sugar do you recommend to eat a yogurt or should
I just sip some sugar water ( or does that count as eating and I might as well just eat something ?)

You don't have to go till 12. There is no set amount of time. Just push breakfast back, even if only an hour or two, and then eat when you start really needing to. This is fine. I regularly ate as early as 10 am!

Sugar water IS eating, that counts. Just eat something light when you need to and all is well.

Remember you can eat 2 or 3 meals. Both are fine and equally acceptible. I always ate 3. Others prefer 2. Totally up to each individual!! Many of our pink swayers have eaten 3x a day, they just push back breakfast a bit.

I find it easier to go longer without food if I don't drink coffee until the first meal, the coffee lowers my blood sugar too much. I just have water until 11-12 ish

Question , if I have a quick breakfast at around 9-10 am ( I wake up at 5am) should I do a protein ( yogurt or egg) or should I just do carb ( a piece of bread ) ?

If you've gone that long you can have whatever you want!! That is totally still skipping breakfast! You do not need to go that long if you've awoken at 5!

So am taking, wait for coffee too? At least for an hour or two? Because breakfast is not an issue with me, it is the no coffee that is difficult. With little Milk and Splenda

Coffee without real sugar or milk shouldn't matter at all. Coffee with sugar and/or milk is kind of up to you- it's not a ton of calories and shouldn't impact blood sugar too much. I seem to remember that Atomic was drinking coffee with real sugar in the morning when she got her girl?

No, we virtually all had coffee first thing. I could not have made it without my coffee. In fact, I treated this as a cheat and actually had real sugar in my coffee (although I don't want anyone else to do that!!)
