Sky I had a 5 hour hold before that last one lol I was about to burst!!!
It's 9 here for me so that'll be easy to remember two hours after I wake I'll be on the watch out. Pbn that'll be super late for you. I'll test in 9.5 hours roughly. Now I'm going downstairs for my first lifting session since nearly 3 months ago. I'm assuming it's ok now that I (hopefully) won't have to be swaying anymore
