    Dried banana

    Is dried banana ok?

    Ingredients.
    Banana, coconut oil, honey, sugar, flavour.

    I think so but just don't go eating tonns of it because of the sugar. Fresh is better

    Nope don't like sultanas.
    Haven't tried dates or apricot.

    Yes, they're fine. Don't worry too much about the sugar so long as you're eating protein with them. Protein + carbs = boys.

    Even if you don't like raisins, give dates a go because they are dang tasty!

    I have them chopped up finely in my oats, only a few dates each morning They have a nice fleshy/ texture with the oats and have a sweetish taste

    They're kinda fudgy in texture. Almost chocolatey/maple-flavored - sometimes when I'm craving choc I eat a date or two and it really satisfies the craving.

    The "Medjool" dates (the big, juicy-looking ones as opposed to the little dried-out ones) are the ones you want.
