My essentials sway supplements are wheatgrass in whatever form you can afford, fish oil, womens one a day and vitamin D 1000ug These boost all your nutrients but don't mess around with your hormones as far as I know And of course a folate or folic acid for a healthy baby of any gender x

Just wanted to add also that Atomic is reviewing the way wheatgrass is used, I think an occasional use is being seen as best policy atm, will keep you posted of any news!

It is a great nutrient boost to top up your vitamins and minerals so worth researching, I think that Atomic is looking into if in fact too much of it can lean pink so maybe before adding it in as its quite expensive see what the current recommendations are

I already have a very wide range of vitamins through diet and I take prenatal vitamins since they have larger amounts than regular multivitamins, so is this something that's not necessary for me, or is it pretty much a must for boy swaying?

well it looks like I am out this month... Huge temp drop today at 13 dpo. I think I am going to try to skip next month because We have a lot a February birthdays in my family. Heres on to june!

Lol!! I do not know!! I just can't keep away I should be done, I really should but its so hard to switch it off. We are getting a puppy this month so hopefully she will help me keep my cravings under control for a few months, so many jobs to do around this house before I could allow myself to drift back into that happy pregnancy place xx

Haha..so if another isn't truly on the agenda- for now- let's hope your new puppy will alleviate the craving for growing another bubba (I am soooo scared I will never be able to tell myself, this is it.,and I only have two! Hubby is ok for 3, mayyybe 4).

That actually suits me, as I t's expensive..and man, it tastes so foul so if I can get a few doses 3 times a week I reckon that is the most I can stomach anyways..so if it is better that way as blue sway tactic, alllll the better

Well prenatal vitamins have slightly larger amounts of all vitamins and I think even has some that most vitamins don't contain since pregnancy requires more.. I know atomic has posted suggesting women's once a day, but I already had prenatals hanging around
