Hello all. I have two beautiful daughters. I have always been very much into working out, and particularly enjoy lifting weights. You'd probably be surprised what I can lift if you saw me as I'm petite (5'3 on my best day) and weight 115. I would say that for both girls my diet was pretty healthy, balanced, low sugar with a ton of protein. Never skipped meals. However with both girls we DTD only once. Additionally husband is a smoker (quitting now ) and was tested and came up low testosterone. I was always, until lately, a healthier eater than my husband. In the last year he also started working out a lot (Crossfit) and changed his diet in big ways. So I think in the past, his diet, low testastore, smoking, and our DTD once during fertile window swayed us majorly pink twice. I hope this helps!

How long after removal of iud would this still apply? I had skyla which is just a smaller version on mirena removed in February just got my bfp two cycles later

Hi ladies. I started reading the beginning of this thread and noticed a lot of frequent BDing with girls. Just want to make sure I'm clear, it is now recommended to BD only once for pink, and 3 for blue, yes? I would love to sway blue so reading everything to gather as much as I can. Thanks!
