Tribulus terrestris is a natural herb, which has been used for centuries in Europe as a treatment for impotence and as a stimulant to help enhance sexual drive and performance. We had some mixed results with TT. We have found that sometimes things that raise testosterone do so at the expense of estrogen and make people's CM dry up. For TTC a boy, we want higher of both testosterone and estrogen.

Might be worth looking into for DH because he wants higher testosterone and lower estrogen, but not a lot is known and there are just better known ways of raising testosterone.
