Yesterday for lunch I had a salad sandwich on wholemeal and for dinner I had a stir fry with wholegrain rice and a vodka and soda.
Today's lunch was the same and for dinner I had a king prawn bhuna with wholegrain rice. That's my weekly treat.
Tomorrow I'm going to try a matzo pizza, hope it's nice!
I always feel really down about the diet on a weekend and I find it so hard not to cheat.

Thanks atomic it makes things so much easier for me including white rice in my diet, but if I'm making it a home I will use brown.
I find weekends hard sticking to the diet, but I'm telling myself it's not for ever!
Yesterday I had about five coffees through out the day.
Lunch was a wolegrain tortilla wrap with cheese, salad & a small bit of mayo & sweet chili sauce. An apple, a pear & some grapes.
Dinner was ministrone soup with wholemeal bread, some grapes & a glass of wine.
I'm using a lot of soup on this diet eating it with wholemeal bread as it really fills me up.
I'm also using a stationary bike 5 times a week. 60 minutes each time, I also did an hour walk last night with dh.
What do you ladies do for treats or do you ever have a treat day every few weeks?

I also find soup with brown bread also fills me up nicely. Especially minestrone as it has quite a strong taste so I don't crave anything afterwards
How are we all feeling about the fizzy pop thing? Are you drinking lots of it? I'm not sure what's recommended as I seen a thread on here before that said it can sometimes produce opposites. I drank loads of it before I had my son so I am definitely trying to drink some water in between times and maybe 3/4 Coke zeros a day instead of every time I have a drink it's that. Any thoughts?

I never drank fizzy pop in my life but I am trying to drink Diet Coke & diet sprite for my sway I usually add some sprite into my wine at night. I'm not sure is Coke Zero better than Diet Coke?
At the minute I'm second guessing everything I'm doing, I always feel it will never be enough to sway pink. I keep thinking I'm doing something wrong my husband also wants me to get pregnant quickly & doesn't want us trying for months, I'm feeling hopeless but trying hard to keep everything going.
English Dame what do you usually eat when you crave something nice after a meal? I'm using fruit but any other ideas?

I've no idea about which is best tbh. I prefer Coke Zero but I do drink both.
I know what you mean about feeling it won't be enough. I'm already thinking we'll hang off another month. I suppose I just don't want to have regrets and I really can't imagine getting a girl it would be a dream.
I have pcos so cut out sugar so I just try and distract myself after dinner tbh. It's hard though.
