Melliflous May (part 2)
Shinay - I'm on Tapatalk. I just copied and pasted link into signature under settings.
Max - You're still not out!! You're temps look good??
Lola - what did Doc say about the close to positive opk at CD 8/9?? And I really am hoping you just need more time. I'd be very hesitant to take clomid if you are already ovulating. I've had friends that had a hard time on it.

Morning (or evening elsewhere!) lovely ladies
I quickly scanned the pages, so likely missed stuff !
Pbn – haha too funny that appointment –can totally see why you would have felt like in the Twilight zone :P glad you got your referrals etc – and that all is well – woohoo!!
Thanks for the cuteness overload share – that is just adorbs
You crack me up – you stalker, you :P I am indeed all stocked up on FRERs – I have a packet of 4 plus a full packet of 7 – but will start with the ICs – and only take out the FRER if there is something on the ICs – if the FRER says yes, then I will buy some digis too ^^
I’ve never had a positive before 10dpo, so not sure testing on 8dpo would yield anything? Buuuut having said that, my impatience might get the better of me ^^ though am trying not to get my hopes up – I can’t quite believe I suddenly would be fertile after all these years of being infertile and needing medicated cycles to fall pregnant and treatments to even stay up the duff.. buuut can’t help but still be a bit hopeful my lifestyle changes have affected my condition enough for a true shift fertility wise also – the fact that I am ovulating on my own in itself is such a huge step already! ^^
Shinay – come on O, come on, let Shinay’s vajayjay have a breeeeak lol
You’ve done so well with the cycle you have had so far – I would have thrown in the towel way earlier – so well done youhopefully these efforts totally pay off very soon!
Skyblue – oh that looks like O is definitely gearing up for the next couple of days…! FX!
(Am now on CD16 – 3dpo)
Kat – never mind me, I probably just misread, my brain is mush more often than not lol
Woohoo for tryingbring on a positive opk!
Iwant4kids – hope AF shows up soon so you can move on to the next page of your chapter and get a healthy bub growing soon!
Lola - bummer with the appointment – might be my brain not remembering – did you mention all your plans here before?
I think I have half a box of Clomid left from my last time TTC, but not sure if that would pass customs over in the USA – probs would look suspicious if you were receiving dodgy half full medication boxes all the way from Oz lol but could send it to you maybe!
Though I have a feeling that this cycle might be THE cycle for you hon ^^
Hugs to all, especially if I haven’t mentioned you ^^
Well, temp is up this am – so got cross hairs which confirm O on CD13 (earliest this has ever happened to me without Clomid!) – but last night was baaaad, and was up a fair bit (thanks kiddies for being a pain and calling for no valid reason , I love you more than anything in the world but grrr) – have kept the temp though as got about 2.30-3hrs sleep after I got up the last time during the night…. Hopefully can actually manage to stay awake and get through my work day, though I feel like crashing on my desk for a big snooze lol I have got myself a massive cuppa (tea and milk – ooooh how I would love a coffee) so hopefully that will help me gear up ^^
Speaking of work, I better get back to it :PLucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas (2013) (2015) (2018) (2021) and 1 sweet boy (2024) that completed our family

Shinay back to your question regarding late ovulation being linked to miscarriage. So there's no definate answer, some doctors or studies seem to indicate there may be a link, the reasoning being the egg has started to die off or is too mature before being released. BUT on the other hand there's also the belief that sometimes the egg isn't ready earlier and needs more time than normal to be ready to be released. Some people just naturally o late. There are people who have ovulated cd28/29 (just as an example) that go on to have a perfectly normal pregnancy and baby.
I like to think your body just needed that extra little time to perfect your egg and its now ready and waiting to be fertilised when it releases within the next 48 hours
If it is a concern for you though and this cycle doesn't result in a bfp (but it will!!) then maybe create a thread asking atomic on her suggestions to bring o forward naturally. I think vitex can help but I also think she's steering away from its use (I may be wrong here just something is niggling my memory) plus I'm not sure if vitex is said to sway pink or blue or any way at all.
When do you usually o again?
