Lola, I'm sooo sorry! We lost our sweet puppy (yes, puppy) several months ago and it was so incredibly sad. They really are like family members. I'm so sorry to hear that!
Shinay, I also have long, unpredictable cycles at times. Out of curiosity, are you underweight or close to it? I'm 5'5", 110 pounds, so on the lighter side and think that being underweight has contributed to my wacky cycles. I've tried to up my fat intake a bit with 1-2 servings whole milk a day and it's pushed my O date up! Just throwing it out there in case it might help?!

Melliflous May (part 2)
Ugh...I'm 35. 10/15% chance [emoji85]
Hopefully the HE diet will help with my fertility even though I've only been on it 4 weeks.
LMSM - how long have you been on the HE diet??
Just took another opk because I can [emoji23] and it was pretty negative. Will stick with testing in the afternoon/evening from here on out. I laughed thinking of the janitor taking out the trash from my work seeing my cups and sticks [emoji23] They'll either have no idea what they are or just think someone is crazy!!

Hubby was able to make it home just for the day on Mother's Day and I happened to ovulate the next day (which was 5 days earlier than the past few months). I am taking this as a good sign and am in my TWW now!
The most amazing little boy (2015)
Coming August 2018!!
Thanks for everything Atomic and anyone else who answered any questions I had!

Kat: to think about it, our janitor is a guy. He must think someone is going crazy with all the sticks and cups (me). I think Atomic did recommend HE diet for about 6 weeks so 4 weeks is very good already.
Lovepink: yayyy for early O. That is perfect coincidence. Fx for your bfp! How many dpo are you?

Melliflous May (part 2)
Shinay - how long have you been on it? I'm on the lean side too, BUT I haven't gained (yet). That's one of the things that makes me question my sway. I've completely changed my diet just haven't gained weight.

Kat: i have followed HE diet more strict for about 4-5 weeks. But i have always loved salty food and lots of protein and carbs and i always have bfast. Just not red meat, so eating more red meat is a challenge for me. What is your diet like?
